uncamping is full

 Hello!

Welcome to Uncamping 2022! We will stay at Bluefin Bay in Tofte, MN, which requires a 3-night minimum stay.  We will be staying Thursday - Saturday nights and leaving on Sunday morning, August 4th - 7th.  We chose these dates because the Tall Ships Festival in Two Harbors is on the same weekend. To register for Uncamping 2022, please fill out and mail the Uncamping Registration Form.pdf. The resort offers many activities, free of charge, during our stay. Last summer, on a comparable weekend, these were the activities they offered. 

We expect our weekend to be similar:

 • 4 sessions of Lake Superior kayaking for two hours per session;

 • A guided hike at Sugarloaf Cove;

 • Bike and Hike at the Onion River (2 hours);

 • A morning and afternoon session for wilderness canoeing (3 hours);

 • Inland kayak (2.5 hours)

 • Bonfire with musician

There is also an outdoor tennis court, an indoor pool and whirlpool, a heated outdoor pool overlooking Lake Superior and two saunas. In the spring, summer and fall, Bluefin provides mountain and road bikes, hiking trail guides and backpacks, tennis equipment, badminton and bocce ball sets, and a shuttle service.

All of the bedrooms in the unit have one queen bed. If you plan to share a room, we ask that you find your own roommate.  

If you choose not to share a room, the smaller bedrooms are priced lower than the master bedrooms. 

All units have a full kitchen, eating area, and a shared jacuzzi on the main level.  Prices include all taxes.
