2. Getting a reconciliation report for two trips. Galapagos and Germany.
a. What is our actual position? We cannot reconcile club books with out a position statement that recognizes vendor held funds, trip funds lost, pending expenditures, and pending revenue. Our margins are too small to be refunding payments that are not realized revenue.
