Details: Learn how to create and manage events using Sitzmark's website. Our new website is working great, and now it's time for more comprehensive training for our trip chairs and event coordinators how to manage events and payments using our new WildApricot website and credit card payments thru AffiniPay. Sally Hed Dahlquist will teach you how to create an event, add people, and collect payments. This session is targeted for board members and event coordinators. Bring your laptop so you can start exploring the website immediately and edit events. Be prepared to learn and work! Although it will be fun, this is not a social event - it's time for business! The business of running the club. This is a joint event with MSTC and TCRC who will also have their event coordinators attending. This is held at Sally's work. Show up after 530 to log in and we'll get started by 6. We will have a projector so everyone can see Sally's computer screen. Potluck. Bring a snack or dish to share.
