If the government has travel restrictions and as long as those restrictions are in place for the timing of this trip, then money received would be refunded. However, after the Sitzmark kickoff party, if a traveler chooses to cancel and travel restrictions are not in place, then there would not be a refund under this contract.
The Ski industry recommends travelers purchase Travel Insurance to cover other individual events.
